In these pages you will find information, personal thoughts and articles related to two disciplines which seem, apparently, very different but are actually extremely similar: Karate-do and Reiki.
I ought to specify that articles and thoughts published on this site, coming from my studies and practical experience, convey my own view (which could be for this reason absolutely disputable) about these topics.
I would like to dedicate these pages to my family, my masters and my students.
The new Adult Beginner Class starts on September 16th, 2008 at Centro Sportivo Città di Cesena - via Enzo Ferrari 315 - Cesena [map here!].
The beginner's class is designed for people just starting Karate. The learning pace is relaxed and slow so that you can develop a solid foundation of the traditional basic Karate skills.
New students attend twice a week (every Tuesday and Friday from 8:00pm to 9:30pm) to get the most benefit from training.
Beginners can attend two free lessons before deciding whether to apply to the course.

Next Shoden (Level 1) Reiki Course will be held on September 27th and 28th, 2008 at Centro Sportivo Città di Cesena - Via Enzo Ferrari 315 - Cesena [map here!].
Cost: € 100.00 per person (manual and certificate included)
Places are limited (maximum 12 participants allowed) and there is already a waiting list.

A Reiki exchange gathering will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2008 from 9:00am to 1:00pm in Cesena, at Centro Sportivo Città di Cesena - Via Enzo Ferrari, 315.
This meeting is not only for reiki practitioners, people interested in receiving a free reiki treatment are welcome!
