The new Adult Beginner Class starts on September 16th, 2008 at Centro Sportivo Città di Cesena - via Enzo Ferrari 315 - Cesena [map here!].
The beginner's class is designed for people just starting Karate. The learning pace is relaxed and slow so that you can develop a solid foundation of the traditional basic Karate skills.
New students attend twice a week (every Tuesday and Friday from 8:00pm to 9:30pm) to get the most benefit from training.
Beginners can attend two free lessons before deciding whether to apply to the course.
